On behalf of Cochlear company, Frank Koall, head of distributor operations, gave a welcome word and also presented the agenda for all four days of the event. The program of this meeting included presentations held by Cochlear people as well as by representatives of some distributors about new Cochlear Baha 3 System of bone conduction implants, Cochlear Nucleus 5 System (cochlear implants), continuous innovations and different ways to success, how investment can drive business, customer relations and importance of getting customer feedback. Also numerous workshops about competition, value selling and rehabilitation were held.

The Cochlear Distributor Meeting under name "Building bridges" was held in Istanbul on April 11-14, 2011 and Audio BM's representatives were present on this occasion - Blazo Pisaric, general manager and Vladimir Mrdjanov as a person in charged for doing business with Cochlear.
